Corporate responsibility and ethical behavior toward employees, customers, business partners and government agencies play an integral part in our value system at Kantar. Accordingly, Kantar has always been fully committed to the principle of adherence to laws and internal policies on the prevention of potential legal risks and their consequences.
The Kantar Code of Conduct follows international standards. It is based on ethical principles, legal requirements and Kantar’s own corporate rules and regulations.
One of the Code of Conduct’s main objectives is to adequately sensitize everyone within the company about legal risks, applicable laws and company guidelines. The Code summarizes laws and other regulations relevant to Kantar companies and provides guidance. It outlines binding minimum standards for responsible behavior toward business partners and the public, as well as for our behavior within the company. All of us – Supervisory Board, Executive Board, and employees – are obligated to adhere to the principles laid out in this Code.
Our business partners can rely on Kantar Deutschland to act with integrity and in a legally compliant manner. Kantar in turn takes care that our business partners’ practices are based on respect for the law. The reference to our Ethic & Compliance Guidelines for Suppliers express this commitment
Kantar is committed to actively prevent corruption in all forms. As expressed in the Code of Conduct, Kantar strictly prohibits any form of corruption.
